Using FlyerFinish
FlyerFinish turns event artwork into five- or ten-second motion flyers. You supply a background and, optionally, a separate transparent type layer. AI generations use Higgsfield and its model providers. Camera-motion exports use a pan or zoom applied by FlyerFinish.
You can browse examples and preview artwork layouts before buying credits. Generation times and artistic results vary.
Your account
Use accurate account information, keep your email and Google account secure and sign out devices you no longer recognize. Do not access another person’s account or share private download links without permission. The service is intended for adults who can enter an agreement, and for authorized users acting for their businesses.
Sign in with Google or a single-use code sent to your email. Email address changes are unavailable.
Artwork and permission
Only upload material you own or are authorized to process with FlyerFinish and its providers. This includes images, fonts, logos, trademarks and the names or likenesses of people shown. For client work, check that your permission covers sharing the artwork with an AI provider.
You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded work. You permit FlyerFinish to store, process and transmit it as needed to carry out your requests. This does not grant you rights to someone else’s material or guarantee that a generated output is exclusive or copyrightable.
Review the result
AI can change details, shapes and faces in the animated background. Each motion style guides the generation, and the amount of movement varies with each result. A separate type layer preserves its original content. Text embedded in the background can change.
Check the complete output before publishing or sending it to a client. Make sure names, dates, logos, likenesses and any factual information are suitable. Seamless looping and audio are not included.
Credits and purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases through Stripe Managed Payments. Link is the merchant of record shown at checkout and on payment documents. FlyerFinish provides the video service and product support. Checkout shows the currency, applicable tax and final total before you pay. Our advertised USD prices exclude applicable tax.
One credit covers one confirmed five-second generation in one selected format. Ten seconds uses two credits. A new version or format is a new generation. Viewing examples and downloading an existing result do not use another credit.
Credits cover generation requests. They cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash. Deleting your account removes its unused credits. See Credits & refunds for how we handle failed generations and requests that need review.
Availability and limits
We limit simultaneous generations and daily provider spending. New requests can pause when a limit is reached, during maintenance or when a provider is unavailable. The studio shows when a request cannot start. A request rejected before reservation uses no credits; accepted requests follow the credit and failure rules on our Credits & refunds page.
A temporary pause does not remove unused credits. If you cannot use purchased credits, contact support so we can review the problem and any applicable refund rights.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, exploitative or infringing content; impersonate people deceptively; create non-consensual sexual content; or use the service to harass or harm others. Do not bypass access controls, payment checks, model safeguards or usage limits, and do not interfere with the service.
We may restrict requests or access where needed to address misuse, protect the service or meet provider requirements. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us.
External services
AI generation depends on Higgsfield and underlying model providers. Their availability, policies and processing can affect a request. A failed or uncertain request is handled according to the credit policy. We do not retry uncertain paid generation requests automatically.
The privacy page explains how uploads and account information are handled. Keep your own copy of any source artwork and finished output you need.
Saved artwork and videos
We store artwork for 90 days after upload and finished videos for 90 days after completion. Your account and studio show expiry dates. Download files before they expire if you want to keep them. You can also delete saved files sooner. Expired or deleted files cannot be downloaded or restored through FlyerFinish.
File expiry and deletion do not change your credit balance or remove generation and purchase history. A new generation uses credits at the displayed rate.
Closing your account
You can delete your account from its settings after active or unresolved generations have been dealt with. Deletion permanently removes your saved artwork and outputs from active FlyerFinish storage. Download your work first.
Your legal rights
Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies for a faulty service, continue to apply. The Credits & refunds page explains how to make a request. These terms do not waive those rights when you sign in, buy credits or start a generation.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes before they apply. Where a change requires your agreement, we will ask for it. Changes do not remove rights you already have in relation to a purchase.
